Shopping on Clarins.com: an overview
- Find your products. Use our site navigation, search engine, product finder, product comparison or Beauty Consultation. For product information, how-to apply videos, did you know? and other related links, click on any product name to get to a specific product detail page.
- Add the product to your shopping bag. Select your desired shade, size and quantity and then click the "Add to cart" icon. A window will appear confirming that the product has been added to your bag. You can then continue shopping and browsing the site. To view the contents of your shopping bag, click on "View my cart."
- View your shopping basket. Simply click the "shopping basket" icon at the top right of any page. Here, you can update quantities and add or delete items. You can also select from a range of complimentary samples with any order. .
- Place your order. Simply click the “Submit Order” button after reading our Terms and Conditions. After your order has been submitted, a "Thank You" page will be displayed, confirming your order. An email confirming receipt of your order will be sent to you. If an order confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours after submission, please contact our customer service center for assistance by email.
Clarins products are categorized within Face, Body, Sun, Make-Up and Men. Use the Product Filters on select pages to narrow the list of products and highlight the ones that best suit your needs. All products on Clarins.com are available for sale in Malaysia. If an item is out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket, however it may be available in a store near you. In the rare event that a product(s) becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will notify you immediately. You will only be charged for the products you receive..
We would like to inform that all Clarins shelf life follow the < 36 months (except perfumery and Eau Dynamisante fragrances which practices < 60 months) from manufacturing date policy for all stores including online store.
The trend for product turnover for all categories is higher in some stores where traffic and sales volume are numerous times compared to other stores.
Nevertheless, we follow the same shelf life policy for all our channels. Therefore, please rest assured that the some stores includes online store are not intended for “older products”.
For the actual useful life span, please refer to the period-after-opening symbol or PAO symbol at the back of the packaging. It identifies the useful lifetime of a cosmetic product after its package has been opened for the first time. The number indicates the number of months it can be used after opening e.g. 12M = 12 months
